At RP Tutors, we're a team of experienced husband and wife educators with a passion for teaching math. With over 25 years of combined school and tutoring experience, we make learning simple and fun. We believe in keeping parents informed by sharing weekly updates and being available to answer questions. Our approach involves regular assessments to track progress and find areas needing help. We use a mix of traditional teaching and online tasks to fill knowledge gaps. By encouraging regular practice, we help students feel more confident and build a strong foundation. Maths

We specialize in Mathematics education, offering personalized in-person tutoring for Primary, Secondary, and College students. Our focused tuition covers KS2, KS3, GCSE, and A-level Math, following the National Curriculum. Our goal is to enhance students' comprehension and exam performance. We facilitate independent learning with immediate feedback through weekly tasks and assess progress via frequent mock tests, keeping parents updated on their child's journey.

RP Tutors offers confidence-boosting mock exams annually to prepare students for the West Midlands Grammar Schools entrance test, specifically the GL specification. Designed comprehensively, these exams cover a wide range of topics. They provide detailed performance reports comparing individual and overall performance, aiding exam readiness. My daughter has been attending RP Tutors since February. We have been really impressed with the quality of home work, it combines a mix of teaching videos, workbooks, online testing and paperbased work activities designed by the tutors. Initially I was reluctant to consider tutoring for the 11+, as a teacher myself I have seen too many examples or poor quality work set by tutors and i did not want to overload my daughter or ruin her love of learning.
